Inspired by a well-worn heirloom, the Poplar Point quilt is our flagship product. Crafted in our Nashville studio with premium materials, it’s designed to be rugged, reliable, and ready for anything.

  • 100% handmade and manufactured in the US 
from start to finish

  • Batting, Cordura Top, and Polartec Fleece are sourced from Virginia, New Hampshire, and Tennessee

  • Fabrics are Berry Amendment Compliant and only purchased from authorized fabric mills

  • Betsy, the name of our longarm quilting machine, puts together each quilt one by one on-site in our retail store

Local history embedded 
into our foundation

Our Nashville shop is located in Marathon Village, the historic Marathon Motor Works building at 1200 Clinton Street. Built in 1910 as the first automobile factory in the American South, this landmark has been reimagined as Nashville's most distinctive creative community. Today, we carry on that legacy of American craftsmanship. The Original Quilt is made right here on-site, surrounded by makers, artists, distillers, and fellow builders. Occupying a space where American manufacturing began in the South keeps us inspired and committed to building goods and community that last.
